All drawings, 3D models, engineering files, technical specifications, samples, product structures, BOMs, pricing, order details, customer names, and brand information provided by you are regarded as confidential information, whether in electronic, paper, or physical form.
No. All customer data is used only for processing your specific order. It will never be used for third-party production, reverse engineering, copying, or our own product development.
Only necessary personnel (engineering, programming, machining, QC) have access. All involved staff sign internal confidentiality agreements; unauthorized personnel are prohibited from viewing, photographing, or touching.
No. Phones and cameras are prohibited in confidential production areas. No photos or videos of products, processes, fixtures, or drawings are allowed.
No. Outsourced suppliers also sign NDAs. We only provide necessary processing information without disclosing full design, customer name, or brand.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely and do not terminate upon order completion, until the information is officially disclosed by you or becomes public domain.
We shall bear full liability for breach and compensate you for direct and indirect losses, including investigation fees, attorney fees, and other related expenses.
