Qualified outsourced suppliers, incoming inspection for appearance, adhesion, salt spray; strict control on color difference, scratches, damages

Special fixtures, independent packaging, shock-proof protection; careful handling during transportation

Defects in production: isolation, rework/scrap; defects received by customer: free rework/reproduce, 8D report provided
